This stunning converted dairy barn is in the village of Clippesby in Norfolk and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.  Dairy Bar is a stunning, pet friendly, converted dairy barn located in the small village of Clippesby, in Norfolk, and is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk Broads and Coast. The barn sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms, five double rooms and one twin room. There are three bathrooms, each with a bath, shower, basin and WC. There is a kitchen with several large windowed sitting areas. There is an open plan living area with a dining room and a games room. There is a coal/woodburner in the sitting room. There is a utility room with an additional WC. Outside there is a front and rear lawned garden with furniture and a fully enclosed courtyard. Well behaved pets are welcome and there is off road parking for four cars. Dairy barn is the perfect location for everyone young and old, whether they seek adventure or just peace.

Oil central heating. Solid fuel burner. Electric ovens and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. WiFi, TV with Freeview, selection of games. Travel cot available. Fuel, power and starter pack for burner included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front and rear lawned garden with furniture. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
