This beautiful, pet-friendly cottage sits two minutes' walk from the beach and five minutes' walk from the centre of Hunstanton, and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Kittiwake Cottage is a lovingly-presented, semi-detached cottage set minutes from the beach in Hunstanton. With four bedrooms including three doubles (one with an en-suite shower room), plus one twin, this cottage can sleep eight people. There's also a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside, there is an enclosed, lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, plus off road parking for three cars and a garage for bike or jet ski storage. Kittiwake Cottage is a delightful, pet-friendly cottage, beautifully furnished and wonderfully located for friends and families to enjoy a wonderful break beside the seaside.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Garden is accessed via three steps up.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Excellent parking, positioned close to seafront and to the town centre. Everything in the cottage was well positioned and of good quality.
