This barn conversion cottage is located on the edge of Cromer in Norfolk and can sleep seven people in three bedrooms. The Paddocks is a barn conversion on a small development of holiday homes near to Cromer in Norfolk. The cottage sleeps seven people and has a double bedroom with a day bed, a twin room and a ground floor double with an ensuite as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Just a mile from Cromer and the fabulous Norfolk coastline, The Paddocks is an excellent family holiday cottage in beautiful countryside.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair by request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: The separate paddock has a fenced pond, children to be supervised when using the paddock.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Beautiful accommodation in really quiet surroundings, perfect for a relaxing get away. It is 5 minutes from the main town and seafront, couldn't ask for a better holiday destination. This was a superb barn conversion which was modern, very spacious and spotless throughout; the perfect mix for a great holiday.
