This semi-detached chalet on a holiday park in the seaside village of Scratby sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Headlands is a semi-detached chalet situated on a holiday park in the Norfolk village of Scratby, five miles from Great Yarmouth. This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one triple bunk, with a double on the bottom and a single on top. The chalet also has a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars in the on-site car park, a small patio with furniture, shared use of lawned grounds and an shared outdoor heated swimming pool that's available from June to September. The Headlands is in a convenient location for exploring the Broads and seaside villages and towns.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars in on-site car park. Small front patio with furniture. Shared use of lawned grounds and indoor heated swimming pool (open mid May to early Sep). One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk, on-site pub, restaurant, takeaway and coin-operated launderette 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Guests staying at this property are welcome to use all the facilities that are available in the holiday park. Note: A pass is provided which allows free access to the swimming pool (available mid-May until early September) and to the on-site facilities at Club Oasis which hosts live family entertainment, a bar and restaurant. Note: Club Oasis is open daily from 12 noon until late in high season, and at low season is open at weekends in the evenings only for the bar and eating facilities. Being located on the edge of the park overlooking the fields there is a short walk from the car-park across the grass Approx 50 yards.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
