This detached cottage is situated 1.5 miles from Pulham Market in Norfolk and sleeps five people in two bedrooms. Ducksfoot Barn is a detached barn conversion in the hamlet of Bush Green, 1.5 miles from the village of Pulham Market in Norfolk. This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a ground floor twin with en-suite shower room, which can be made into a super king-size double. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed. Outside there is two courtyard areas with furniture and off road parking for two cars. Ducksfoot Barn is an ideal base for families who wish to visit the many Norfolk villages and towns in the area, beaches and the city of Norwich.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front and rear enclosed courtyard gardens with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Next to the barn is a small Caravan Club site which is very quiet and there are never more than 4 caravans at any one time.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
