This bungalow is located in the village of Bylaugh and can sleep two people. Little Lodge 1 is a ground floor cottage in the grounds of the owners' home in the village of Bylaugh near Dereham in Norfolk. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car, shared use of a lawned garden and a private patio. Set in the Bylaugh Park Estate, Little Lodge 1 is a lovely holiday cottage for a quiet romantic holiday for two.

Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine in shared utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of large garden, private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Adults only

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had a lovely time; we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and were given information to make our stay perfect. The accommodation was like a home from home. It was a great location, peaceful and beautiful and we could watch the Deer and other wildlife up close from the patios. It was a great location for visiting some great sights and attractions too. We would highly recommend.

,The property was an excellent base for exploring Norfolk, especially by bike and had easy access to coast and country. The lodge was spotlessly clean and well furnished. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, watching the birds and were even visited by a deer.
