This stone cottage is located in the Highlands village of Tomintoul and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Nia Roo is a stone cottage in the centre of the Highlands village of Tomintoul. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and one twin plus a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, a utility and boot room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a courtyard with outdoor furniture. A wonderful touring location with plenty of local village amenities, Nia Roo is a lovely family holiday cottage in a stunning location.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
