This detached cottage is in the village of Portknockie near to Cullen and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  Moray Mirth Cottage is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Portknockie in Firth. The cottage can sleep six people in one ground floor king-size double with TV and en-suite shower, one king-size double with en-suite and one king-size double as well as family ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is roadside parking and a private enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Moray Mirth Cottage is a beautiful cottage from which to explore this stunning part of the country.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 x TVs with Sky Sports HD and BT Sport HD, 1 x TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, Sonos sound system with unlimited Deezer subscription, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking next to cottage. Secure bike storage. Private lawned front garden and enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Tennis equipment (4 racquets and balls provided) and fishing equipment (two rods provided). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub, coast and harbour 2 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was a beautiful and relaxing base for our holiday. Sitting on a bench over looking Cullen Bay watching dolphins was a real highlight of our holiday.

,This was our first visit to the Moray Coast and the sun did not favour us with it's presence, however the weather was good for walking and the cottage was extremely comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed on arrival with a tray of muffins and coffee/tea etc and even the dogs were included in the welcome with biscuits and towels. I have already recommended the accommodation to friends.

,All of us received a very warm welcome from the owner, even the dog had his own welcome pack! A lovely cottage which we would definitely visit again. Neighbours and everybody we met in the village also made us feel very welcome.
