This stone built tower is set on the edge of the village of Kinloss and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Steading Tower is a tower shaped cottage, on the outskirts of the village of Kinloss, 10 miles from Elgin in Morayshire. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double leading to one second floor twin, as well as a shower room, which is accessed via the first floor sitting area. The cottage also has a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a first floor dressing room/sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking and a gravel garden area with furniture and barbecue. The Steading Tower is a delightful base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, nearby villages and towns and the coast.

Electric oven with electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Gravel garden area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 2 miles. Note: The shower room is accessed via the double bedroom and dressing room/sitting area. Note: This property is bookable for holiday purposes only.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
