This delightful, semi-detached cottage is located in the village of Gardenstown and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. Gamrie Brae Cottage is a semi-detached cottage, set back from the sea, in the village of Gardenstown, just eight miles from Banff. The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with additional stacker bed, along with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is roadside parking and a private garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the port village of Gardenstown, Gamrie Brae Cottage is a lovely base all year round.

Electric night storage and panel heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking at front of cottage. Private, enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 10 mins walk. Coast and harbour 5 mins walk. Note: Limited mobile reception, dependant on provider.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:It was a good base for exploring the coastline and visiting fishing ports. There were some beautiful places along this coastline. The cottage was excellent, the owners supplied everything you needed. We have not been to another cottage where the owners supplied all you needed for your stay. The cottage had a wood burner that was fantastic.
