Glengynack Cottage is situated just two miles from Grantown on Spey and offers accommodation for groups of up to six people. Glengynack Cottage is ideal for large families or a group of friends. The property is decorated to a high standard throughout and backs onto a rear garden, from which you can enjoy a spot of outdoor dining in the summer evenings. For the colder months, the property is heated by electric storage heaters and has its own wood-burning stove. There is off-road parking for up to two cars, and the local amenities are only two miles away.

Electric wet radiators, woodburner in kitchen/dining area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, CD player/cassette/radio, small selection of games/books/DVDs. Off peak fuel consumption times (radiators set to economy 10) and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned area with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Note: Property lies on A95 trunk road. Note: Extra heating available outside set times at additional cost.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Lovely location with views of the Cairngorm mountains. Very good base for visiting the surrounding area. Owner was very keen to encourage wildlife into garden and we saw many birds and animals. Rooms were spacious and plenty of storage space, overall very warm and comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We would like to return to this property.
