This detached cottage in Cullen sleeps five people in two bedrooms. Coastal Haven is a detached single storey stone cottage in the seaside village of Cullen. The cottage has a double and a twin room, and an extra folding bed if needed. There is a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a rear patio, and parking can be found on the roadside. Coastal Haven is well placed for the amenities of Cullen and of course the wonderful coastline, perfect for dolphin-spotting boat trips, days on the golf course or exploring the Whisky Trail on the fabulous Moray Coast.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, Xbox 360 with games, WiFi, selection of books, games, toys and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and adult-size single folding bed on request. Roadside private parking in front of cottage for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Coast and harbour 2 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was one of the best holiday rentals we have ever had. The contact from the owner was fantastically helpful and friendly too. The property itself was in immaculate condition and had been decorated and furnished equally well. On the whole we were absolutely delighted with this holiday rental which went above and beyond our expectations.
