This delightful, detached cottage sits on the owner's working sheep farm, seven miles from Edzell in Scotland, and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The Farmhouse is a traditional, detached cottage set on the owner's working sheep farm, located seven miles from Edzell in Scotland. There are three bedrooms, one king-size double, which can be a twin on request, boasting an en-suite shower room, plus one double bedroom and one ground floor twin, meaning this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a ground floor shower room, along with a first floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars along with an enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and a small barbecue. The Farmhouse offers pleasant holiday accommodation with fantastic fishing, golfing and walking nearby, and wonderful views stretching across the surrounding scenery.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and small BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden. Note: There is no mobile reception or WiFi. Note: The drive (farm access road) runs alongside The Farmhouse just outside the back door and Colmeallie is a working estate.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
