This wonderful detached cottage is situated two miles from the village of Tomintoul and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Dalvrecht Manse is a superb detached character cottage situated two miles from the village of Tomintoul, near Grantown-On-Spey in the Cairngorms National Park. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two super king-size doubles, one king-size double and a child's bunk room, together with a bathroom and a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room and two sitting rooms, one with a woodburner and one with an open fire. Outside there's ample off road parking, a front terrace and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and stone terrace. Dalvrecht Manse is a great family base.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove and open fire. Oil-fired AGA range cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for woodburning stove and open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Front terrrace. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and stone terrace with furniture next to river. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: A river runs at the far end of the garden below the terrace, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Upper children's bunk bed is only suitable for children between 6 - 12 and both bunk beds have a height restriction of 5'3. Note: Max 6 adults and 2 children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
