This lovely semi-detached cottage on the owners' farm is situated four miles from Llanidloes and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Cefn Cottage is a delightful semi-detached cottage on the owners' working hill farm, high above the hamlet of Tylwch and four miles from the town of Llanidloes. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with an en-suite shower and two ground floor twins, one of which has en-suite facilities, together with a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a first floor sitting room with electric stove and a balcony. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and a sloping lawned garden with furniture. Cefn Cottage is a charming base for exploring the area.

Sloping lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: WiFi only available in ground floor sitting room. Note: There are two internal steps on the ground floor level. Note: Water supply from a bore hole which is filtered, regularly tested and annually inspected by the local authority. Note: This property is located close to some agricultural buildings which are in regular use as part of a working farm, there may be some associated noise. Note: Due to the nature and location of the property, children should be supervised when outside, in the sitting room due to open stairs (stairgate available) and when on the balcony.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
