This detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Churchstoke on the English/Welsh border sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Hillside is a detached cottage situated within walking distance of the village of Churchstoke on the English/Welsh border. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two king-size doubles and two twins, as well as a bathroom and shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms, both with woodburners. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with decked patio, furniture and barbecue. Hillside is a wonderful base for a family or group of friends with plenty to see and do in the area.

Private lawned garden area with decked patio, furniture, BBQ and a fire pit. Access to shared paddock. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Occasional road noise can be experienced in the garden. Note: Owner can provide babysitting by arrangement.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Hillside catered for all the family. . There were stair gates for safety which was invaluable. the owner was very welcoming and gave us good information about the surrounding areas. The kitchen area was a nice sociable area where we sat and ate our meals. We were fortunate to have lovely sunny weather so we were able to sit out at night. The patio area was lovely and the beds were clean and really comfortable. We couldn't fault anything.
