This character Grade II listed semi-detached cottage is in the village of Mallwyd near to Machynlleth in Snowdonia National Park and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. Church Cottage is a Grade II listed semi-detached cottage boasting a wealth of character features. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom and one single bedroom and has a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen complete with Rayburn and dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and an external utility room. To the outside of the cottage, just 20 yards away, is a patio area and off road parking for one car. Church Cottage is ideally located in the stunning Snowdonia National Park and is ideal for a couple or small family wishing to enjoy this beautiful part of Wales and its many activities.

Electric heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Tumble dryer in external utility. TV for DVD use only, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car 20 yards away, additional parking in lay-by 50 yards away. Bike storage in external utility. Garden with patio area 20 yards away. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The Rayburn in the kitchen is not in use and is a decorative feature only. Note: Children over the age of 12 years only. Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage the floors are slightly uneven, the staircase is steep and open to the sitting room and there are low doorways upstairs, may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: The frontage of the cottage is open and the neighbouring property has access across to theirs. Note: Due to being tucked away from the main road, there may be associated road noise experienced in the garden.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage had a warm feel to it, especially once we had the stove lit. It is a perfect hide-away for a romantic weekend with beautiful countryside all around. The water is scalding hot, so we took advantage and had long soaks in the bath! Thoughtful touches like local OS maps and some reading books were appreciated.

,The cottage was in a great location and was utterly charming. The cottage was, indeed, a bit quirky but was full of charm and character. It was a bit like having a holiday in a museum but was just what we needed. The proximity of the pub was a bonus.
