The cottage has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a first floor basin and WC, a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with dining area and a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and an enclosed, lawned garden, with patio, furniture and barbecue. Halfen Granary is a wonderful base for a fun-filled holiday exploring Wales.

Electric underfloor heating with solar panel to heat water and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional wood can be purchased from owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and two stairgates. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed, lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 7 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: Due to the property being on a sheep farm please keep dogs on the lead. Note: Stables, paddocks and bridal paths are available if guests wish to bring a horse, please arrange this with the owner. Note: The owner runs a taxi service and guests can use the service to local pubs/restaurants. Note: Due to the rural location of the property, mobile reception can be limited and WiFi use is restricted.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage was really good and homely full of various types of equipment including a travel cot. Beautiful scenery and surroundings and very quiet in the middle of nowhere but not too far to go to different attractions just what we wanted. We were lucky with the weather so were able to sit in the garden if we didn't want to go out. We would go again if we wanted a break from it all!
