A splendid wing of a former village Rectory, situated in the Llandyssil near Montgomery, with two bedrooms accommodating four people.  The Old Rectory Cottage is a holiday set within the wing of a former village Rectory, in the centre of the village of Llandyssil, two and a half miles from Montgomery in Mid Wales. The property has two bedrooms, including one double room with comfy seating and delightful views, as well as a twin room. The bathroom is modern with a bath and separate shower cubicle. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, plus a large, spacious sitting room housing a woodburning stove. From the kitchen is an enclosed courtyard where you can sit with your morning coffee, while a lawned garden to the front of the property is for your use only, with garden furniture and pretty views. There is also off road parking for two cars. The Old Rectory Cottage is a wonderful holiday retreat for friends and families exploring Powys, with easy access over the Wales England border into the Shropshire Hills AONB.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
