This cosy converted barn is situated on the owners' livestock farm, two miles from the village of Llanbister and sleeping two people. The Cwtch is a cosy converted barn, situated next to the owners' bed and breakfast, on their working livestock farm, two miles from the village of Llanbister, near Llandrindod Wells. This village sleeps two people and has a zip/link mezzanine super king-size double, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's a decked garden with furniture and hot tub. The Cwtch is a delightful romantic retreat.

Electric panel heaters with solar panels and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Towels for hot tub provided. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Decked garden with hot tub and furniture, plus access to farmland with unfenced ponds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 9 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Laundry service available by arrangement with owner. Note: Cottage has private water supply. Note: Property accessed up a farm lane, may not be suitable for very low cars. Note: Due to open tread stairs and balcony, as well as three ponds on farmland, this property is suitable for babes-in-arms and children over twelve only. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi and mobile phone signals can be intermittent.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
