This detached cottage is located in the village of Llanafan near to Devil's Bridge in Mid Wales and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Pen Y Bryn is a detached cottage in the Mid Wales village of Llanfan near to Devil's Bridge. The cottage sleeps five people and has two double bedrooms, one single and a family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside are off road parking, two lawned gardens and a patio with a hot tub. Set in beautiful countryside, but just a short drive to the coast, Pen Y Bryn is a lovely holiday home in stunning Mid Wales.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer in external utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two lawned gardens, one with small pond, and patio with hot tub and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of the country. Stunning views from the Windows/gardens. Fabulous fully enclosed garden to keep dogs safe. Lots to do in local area and fantastic dog walks. Had a lovely week enjoying the peace, quiet and tranquillity. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to go back one day. A fabulous holiday.

,Cottage was fabulous, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Everything clean and tidy. Hot tub brilliant! Used every evening until dark. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners but nothing needed, as they had thought of every comfort. Definitely be back!

,Our hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were overwhelmed by the facilities within the cottage which exceeded our expectations. The level of equipment and attention to detail was superb. This provided us with the best possible start to what was to become a very special weeks holiday.
