The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with hot tub and fire pit. Set in wonderful surroundings, Tegfan is a property that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, TV with DVD player and WIFI. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub and fire pit. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop 4 miles and pub less than 1 mile. Elan valley, fishing, fantastic walks all close by. Note: This property is surrounded by owners working farm. Note: The hot tub will not be to temperature on arrival due to being cleaned on each changeover. Note: Due to the location of the property, mobile phone signal may be limited

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
