This semi-detached cottage is located on a small holiday park in Crossgates and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  Park House is a traditional semi-detached cottage on a small park of holiday lodges in Crossgates near to Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and a twin room, all with en-suite facilities. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect as a touring base for discovering Mid Wales and Herefordshire, Park House will provide a memorable holiday home, all year round.

Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel power and fuel for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed lawned front garden with furniture. Garden is fenced but dogs must be kept on leads at all times as could be unsecured. Four well-behaved dogs welcome, all dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times when using Rhos Holiday Home Park's grounds and gardens. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Note: Horse livery and grazing available on request. Note: Check-in 5pm. Note: No children under the age of 16.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
