The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a double, a twin and a single. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars with additional roadside parking available. There is also a lawned garden with a patio and raised decking with furniture. Sealyons is a short walk from the beach and provides fantastic accommodation for a family holiday by the sea.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars with additional roadside parking available. Enclosed lawned garden with raised decking and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 4 mins walk. Note: There are 3 wooden steps down from the decked area to the garden, care to be taken and children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
