This detached ground floor cottage is just outside the village of Cilcennin near to Aberaeron and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Banc Bach is a modern detached cottage located on the outskirts of the village of Cilcennin near to the town of Aberaeron in Mid Wales. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double, a 4ft double and a single, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned rear garden, a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. Located in beautiful countryside and yet a short drive to the coast, Banc Bach is a delightful cottage in a fabulous part of Wales.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ, plus raised lawned area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - Please keep pets off the furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 3 miles. Note: Steps up from patio to lawned area.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Lovely cottage - nice living room/kitchen/bed rooms all linked by long corridor, with level access to whole house & patio area, only steps were to the raised lawn area. We especially loved walking the dogs each morning & evening around the country lanes.
