This lovely property is situated in the centre of Cemmaes, and sleeps up to six in three bedrooms. Ty Kilmore is a lovely, semi-detached property, situated in the centre of Cemmaes, near the Snowdonia National Park. With three bedrooms, two king-size doubles and a twin, it sleeps six comfortably There are also a bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with dining area and multi-fuel stove. Outside there is roadside parking 1 min walk away and an enclosed courtyard, with great walking from the doorstep. Ty Kilmore is a great property for families or small groups of friends.

Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, table-top freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking on main road 1 min walk away. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and chiminea. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 min walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Had a fantastic holiday at Ty Kilmore. A comfortable home from home with a lovely living and dining room. Many enjoyable evenings were spent playing scrabble and cards with all the family. Especially liked having the paved entrance room. Highly recommended.
