This welcoming cottage apartment has been renovated to a high standard and offers a lovely open plan living area with a well equipped, fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. The cottage sleeps four and has two light and airy bedrooms - one double, which has an en-suite and balcony and one twin room. Outside, this cottage has a pretty garden with a fantastic hot tub and cosy summer house - perfect for dining and relaxing in after a busy day exploring the area. There is also a tennis court within the grounds. Close to Schoolhouse Brewhouse are a number of towns, attractions and places to see, including; Offa's Dyke and the Shropshire Way, the towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury and Stokesay Castle. This cottage is an ideal base for exploring the area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A comfortable, pleasant apartment. The heating was good, and we particularly appreciated the wood burning stove on a cold, wet night! The showers were powerful and efficient. Communication with the owner was excellent; his friendly, informative approach made an essential contribution to the success of the holiday.

,This is our second stay at this property - our first being three years ago. We enjoyed it just as much as we did previously. We would stay there again. The owner is very welcoming. The hot tub is a great way to relax after a day of walking in the area. The property is in the perfect location for exploring.
