Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage is in a rural location 2 miles from the village of Llanegryn in Snowdonia. Nant-y-Pwl Cottage is a semi-detached stone barn conversion in the Snowdonia National Park, 2 miles from Llanegryn. There is a twin room and a double with an en-suite shower, along with a family bath room. There is a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a garden with patio and wonderful views. Nant-y-Pwl Cottage makes a great base from which to explore the Snowdonia National Park.

Underfloor heating on ground floor with electric fires upstairs. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with slate patio, furniture, BBQ and stunning sea and mountain views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Beach 1.25 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
