This semi-detached cottage is close to the village of Sutton Bridge near to Long Sutton and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  Grange Farm Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated close to the village of Sutton Bridge just three miles from Long Sutton in Lincolnshire. The cottage can sleep six people in one king-size double bedroom, and two double rooms, together with family bathroom and separate cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room with woodburner, sitting room with woodburner, conservatory and garden room. Outside is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Grange Farm Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A great cottage which was very tastefully fitted out, in a quiet location and with a lovely garden. Everything was catered for. It was extremely enjoyable and we wished we could have stopped longer.
