All on the ground floor, the cottage sleeps nine people in five bedrooms - three super king-size double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one single and one room with adult bunks. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a breakfast area, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking, a garage for storing classic cars and a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, Manor Barn is a family cottage in peaceful Lincolnshire.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Manor Barn has high quality facilities, is very spacious and interestingly furnished. It is in a wonderful location in the Lincolnshire Wolds and has great views. The local pub is a short walk away and serves excellent food and real ales.

,Any large group looking for somewhere to stay in this part of the world will find this a brilliant place to stay. We were four generations plus a dog and it met all our needs brilliantly. The L shape meant that noise in the living room wasn't heard in the bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone.
