Ground floor games room with snooker table. Curlews Nest. Four bedrooms: 3 x double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite wet room shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 4).

These two wonderful properties, marketed as one, are set in the grounds of Croxton Park Estate, near Belvoir and sleeps sixteen people in eight bedrooms. Croxton Lodge and Curlews Nest are two separate properties, but marketed as one, set in a courtyard, within private grounds on the Croxton Park Estate, close to Belvoir and the town of Grantham. These cottages sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms, all with en-suites, with one of the properties having an additional shower room, two sitting rooms (one with open fire), a kitchen and games and the other has an open plan living area. Outside there's shared off road parking for eight cars, gravelled areas with furniture and shared use of extensive grounds with lakes. Croxton Lodge and Curlews Nest are a wonderful base for both families and groups of friends.

Shared off road parking for 8 cars. Gravelled garden with furniture and BBQ, plus access to shared grounds with lakes. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Unfenced lakes in grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Bedrooms in Curlews Nest are accessed via open-tread stairs. Note: Croxton Lodge is accessed via eight external stone steps into first floor kitchen. Note: The bar in Croxton Lodge is not stocked. Note: In Croxton Lodge, the estate manager has shared access via the main entrance and kitchen to his flat.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
