A beautiful detached cottage located on the Belvoir Estate in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms. Vale House is a striking detached cottage that can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms, three having en-suite facilities. There are five super king-size doubles and one king-size double, together with three further bathrooms. The kitchen has a dining area that seats six people and includes an open fire and a separate dining room. The cosy sitting room also has an open fire. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, with further parking at an adjacent property, and a lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Vale House is in an ideal position for guests who wish to discover the delights of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the North Norfolk coast.

Off road parking for 3 cars to front of property, plus further parking available on the site of adjacent building. Lockable bike storage. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings in eaves bedroom. Note: The only ground floor bathroom is the en-suite to the room with the double sofa bed, which is accessed through the super king-size double bedroom. Note: From April to September, glamping accommodation (sleeping 14) is also available in the large grounds at the back of the property. The glamping ground has its own designated parking at the rear of the house and private shower, WC and kitchen facilities. Glamping guests have exclusive use of this area. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
