This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double, one second floor double and a second floor twin, as well as a bathroom with corner bath and a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a decked garden with furniture and barbecue. Moss Cottage provides a fabulous base for exploring Windermere, Ambleside and Coniston Water.

Two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 4 mins walk. Note: There are steep narrow stairs, therefore care to be taken. Note: There is a step down into the garden and a step up to the decking, therefore care to be taken. Note: No children under 5 years of age. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
