This lovely single-storey lodge is situated on the owners' farm near Kendal and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. North Lodge is a delightful single-storey lodge set on the owners' farm, in an isolated position six miles from Kendal. This lodge sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double with walk-in wardrobe and a twin, together with a bathroom. The lodge also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a decked area with furniture. North Lodge is a great base for a couple or family with lots to see and do in the area.

Gas central heating with gas stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Note: Property accessed via a single track road. Note: Lodge accessed via three steps. Note: This property has a private water supply that is tested regularly.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
