Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:Salter Rake Gate Cottage was beautiful, warm and inviting in every way. The design of the building, the decor and soft furnishings were tasteful, luxurious yet practical. The sofas and beds were all comfortable. We had plenty of space in the kitchen and round the dining table for convivial living. It was cosy with the wood burning stove and the views were dramatic. It's location was perfect for walking, cafes and shops. It was peaceful and instilled a lovely sense of calm. We didn't want to leave!

,A beautiful cottage in a very peaceful spot. It was thoughtfully equipped and we enjoyed a very relaxing few days. There are some lovely walks very nearby, including gentle strolls along the canal paths.
Worth walking into Walsden and taking the train to Hebden Bridge to explore.

,A beautiful property in a beautiful location. The dog enjoyed the field and walks from the cottage, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
,The cottage is located in a perfect location for those wanting peace and quiet. The cottage was a superb size for our party of 5 along with our dog.The layout and the standard of fittings in the cottage were excellent and it was much bigger than we had expected. Overall if you're looking for somewhere peaceful I'd definitely recommend this cottage.
