This mid-terrace cottage is situated in the Lake District village of Underbarrow and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Brookfield Cottage is a lovely mid-terrace cottage situated in the village of Underbarrow, close to Kendal. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and one single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's roadside parking in front of the cottage and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Brookfield Cottage is an excellent base for exploring the Lake District.

Electric radiators with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Leisure pass for nearby Damson Dene Hotel (indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym) included in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates on request. Roadside parking in front of cottage. Spacious outside shed with ample storage, including for bikes. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The owner lives nearby.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Brookfield Cottage was lovely to sit and relax in. The cottage is in some beautiful surroundings. It was very cosy.
