This mid-terrace cottage is situated in Ulverston and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Millstone Cottage is a lovely mid-terrace cottage situated in the market town of Ulverston. Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double, one second floor king-size double and one second floor double, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a gas fire. Outside there's a front patio, rear courtyard and roadside parking is nearby. Millstone Cottage is a convenient base for exploring this part of Cumbria, as well as the magnificent Lake District National Park.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Visitor parking permit available for 1 car on designated roadside close to cottage on first come, first served basis. Front patio. Please note this property no longer accepts pets. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Property has steep stairs and kitchen has one small step (approx. 1 inch) to door mat. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
