Rose Cottage is a semi-detached cottage near to the village of Witherslack in the Lake District National Park. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and an enclosed front garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set between Windermere and the coast, Rose Cottage is a lovely cottage in a fabulous part of the country, ideal for touring the Lake District and Cumbria.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:It was a lovely home from home, everything we needed was there. We were comfortable regardless of the weather, it is the Lake District after all, we had all weathers! Sitting in the evening in the garden with a glass of wine or in the lounge in front of the log fire. The surrounding area was fantastic, and there were lots of lovely walks leaving from the cottage or from nearby. I could go on forever. It was a fantastic cottage, area and holiday.
,Accommodation was of a high standard, very comfortable & clean with everything we needed. Enclosed garden & parking space were useful, we enjoyed sitting out in the sun. Would book again & recommend to others.
