This outstanding three-storey wing of a magnificent country house is set in two acres of grounds, just one mile from Middleton-in-Teesdale, and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.  

Bio mass central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 5 x TVs with Freeview (one with Sky Movies), DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, wood for stove on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Side patio with decking and private hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Free use of hard tennis court (equipment provided). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Wooden staircase from sitting area leads down to decking and hot tub area. Note: There are 7 steps in the garden. Note: Max. 4 guests (not inc. infants).

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,A fantastic place to stay - lovely countryside and great views. The hot tub was superb and the wood burner at night was good. There is lots to do around this area such as great places to eat and shop. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Housekeepers.
