This detached, stone-built cottage in the village of Skirwith, near Penrith sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Park House Cottage is a detached, Grade II listed stone-built cottage situated within the grounds of Skirwith Abbey, in the village of Skirwith, near Penrith. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two first floor super king-size doubles, both with en-suites and two ground floor zip/link super king-size doubles, as well as a separate ground floor bathroom with free-standing bath. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen and first floor sitting room with open fire. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and ample off road parking. This luxury cottage is an ideal holiday home for walks, cycling, or just admiring the breathtaking scenery all around.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
