Set on the outskirts of Sedburgh, a market town between Yorkshire and the Lakes, this two bedroomed terraced cottage sleeps three people and is a lovely base for a couple or small family to enjoy the area. Bramble Cottage has two bedrooms, a king-size double and a single, making it a great base for a romantic break or a holiday with a child or other relative. The cottage itself is just a few minutes walk from the amenities of Sedburgh, which include shops, pubs, restaurants, bookshops and weekly markets. The cottage is snug and well-equipped, including a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. There is a small private garden outside, just the spot for relaxing after a day in the Dales, Lakes or beyond.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, exdenable dining table, Iron and ironing board. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, library of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car (in addition one shared visitor space available). Small rear patio area with furniture and BBQ (provided April-September). One small well-behaved dog welcome (not allowed upstairs or on furniture). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and SPAR supermarket 5 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
