This stone-built, mid-terrace, single-storey cottage in the rural, Cumbrian village of Milton sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Swift Cottage is a stone-built, mid-terrace, single-storey barn conversion, on the owners' working livestock farm, in the rural village of Milton, just two miles from the market town of Brampton. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite shower and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with patio and furniture and shared use of a summerhouse and hot tub. Swift Cottage is a convenient base for exploring both the Lake District and Northumberland.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We have just come back from a brilliant one weeks stay at Swift Cottage, cannot fault it at all. It was very spacious and clean, sometimes the images on line show accommodation in a better light, however, this was even better than we expected. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our two dogs to run around in when we weren't out walking with them in the field on the farm. The kitchen was really well equipped and with plenty of everything, the dishwasher was a real bonus! The hot tub was a great place for all of us to chill out, whatever the weather, a brilliant extra. The location was great too, very peaceful, but not far from Hadrian's wall, lots of lovely villages, and only 10 miles from Carlisle too! Last, but not least, the owners were very helpful and always on hand if we needed them. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great place for a relaxing break, and we look forward to going back ourselves.
