This attractive 19th century, Grade II listed, stone-built farmhouse, attached to the owners' home, is located near the village of Settle in the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms.  Mearbeck House is a Grade II listed, 19th century stone-built farmhouse, attached to the owners' home, located near the village of Settle in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep twelve people in one super king-size double with en-suite shower, one king-size double with single bed and en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms, one family room with double and single, bathroom with bath, basin and WC, and a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with an open fire, and a separate smaller sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed front lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Mearbeck House is a lovely family holiday cottage throughout the whole year.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
