This detached cottage is located near to Ulverston in Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Eller Riggs Cottage is a detached cottage in a rural location less than two miles from Ulverston in Cumbria. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, one twin room and a family shower room. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a patio area with outdoor furniture. Superbly located for discovering the Lake District and the Cumbrian coast, Eller Riggs Cottage is a wonderful family holiday cottage.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio area to the side with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1.5 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:All we can say about this cottage is excellent! The peace and quiet was very nice; the people that own the cottage are very nice, and friendly. Ulverston is a very nice place to visit. There are so many pubs and the cottage had everything that you could possibly need, and the walk in shower was amazing. This is a must for people to visit.
