This stone built cottage is situated in Mansergh, an area of wooded hills and valleys, three miles from Kirby Lonsdale, and sleeps six people in two bedrooms. The Granary is a stone built cottage in the hamlet of Mansergh, an area of wooded hills and valleys, situated three miles from Kirby Lonsdale, inbetween the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. This cottage sleeps six people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one twin and a family room with four single beds, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a first floor sitting room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for three cars and a front patio with furniture and BBQ. The Granary is a lovely holiday cottage for a family who wish to explore the area.

Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricty inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Front patio overlooking the farmyard with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop 1 mile, pubs and shops in Kirkby Lonsdale 3 miles. Note: Horse stabling, indoor riding school and grazing available by prior arrangement with the owner.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was clean and tidy with plenty of space. It was far enough away to feel like an escape but close enough to make it simple to get provisions etc. The outlook was lovely - hills and dales all round. The owners are lovely, friendly, helpful and not at all intrusive - just right.
