This ground floor, semi detached cottage on a working farm is located near the small village of Lupton near to Kirkby Lonsdale and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Tethera Cottage is a stone built, ground floor, semi-detached cottage which is part of an original Yeoman farm just a mile from the village of Lupton and three miles from Kirkby Lonsdale on the edge of the Lake District National Park. With one double and one twin bedroom as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. Also within the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area. Outside the cottage has off road parking for two cars and a small patio with furniture & a BBQ. Set between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, Tethera Cottage is an ideal base for exploring these two magnificent National Parks.

Oil underfloor heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV, Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair. Off road parking for two cars. Small patio with furniture & BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: This is a working farm, children must be supervised accordingly near the animals. No cattle will be on the land from autumn to spring Note: Check-in 3.30pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was warm and friendly and had everything needed for a family week away. The cottage is quiet and set in a peaceful location and is situated between the Dales and Lake District so access to both is very easily gained.

,Comfortable, peaceful cottage on a working farm, tucked away in a hollow surrounded by hills. Well looked after accommodation away from roads and street lights so no noise. If you like some peace and quiet this is lovely.
