This stone built house is in an elevated position near to Giggleswick on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Rowan House is a stone built house in an elevated hillside position about one mile from the village of Giggleswick close to Settle, on the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With one double room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a fireplace and a stove. Outside the cottage are a shared garden and a private sitting area with outdoor furniture, as well as plenty of off road parking. With two other cottages on site, Rowan House can sleep sixteen people making it suitable for large family groups who want to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Electric storage heaters with stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player. Electricity and 1 bag of fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Large garden (shared with property refs 652 & 993) and private sitting area with garden furniture. Ample off road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Excellent cottage with a large garden and amazing views with beautiful walks from the cottage without having to drive anywhere. There was a very helpful local contact. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a family, with or without a dog.
