The cottage sleeps four people and has one double, a small double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is also a separate basin and WC and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars in gated property. Situated on the west coast of Cumbria, Park Nook Close is a lovely holiday home to use as a base to explore this fabulous part of the country.

Off road parking for 2 cars in gated property. Lockable bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub next door. Note: This cottage is located on a main road and there may be some associated noise.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:What a lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and everything we needed. It was such a lovely warm cottage and with all the rain we had, we hardly had the heating on one of the best cottage we have stay in.
