This stone-built stable conversion next to the owners' home is located just less than one mile from Kirkoswald and sleeps four people. The Coach House is a lovely stone-built, stable conversion next to the owners' home, 0.8 miles from the village of Kirkoswald, within reach of Penrith. This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double bedroom with en-suite, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a double sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture and an outdoor woodburner and access to private woodland with a fenced pond. The Coach House is a delightful, cosy base for a couple on a romantic retreat.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for outdoor woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and booster seat for dining chair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed decked area with furniture and outdoor woodburner. One well-behaved dog welcome on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Spiral staircase to first floor.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The Coach House was ideal for the two of us. We felt very much "at home" there and the owners were very welcoming and very helpful. The little shop in Kirkoswald had all the basics and the bigger shop not far away in Lazonby had everything else! The countryside around is delightful and we enjoyed a week of hill walking, mainly on the Pennines.
