This 18th century cotton mill conversion, located between Kirkby Malham and Hanlith, can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Fountains Cottage is a wonderful, end-terrace cottage, converted from an 18th century former cotton mill, between Malham and Hanlith. The cottage offers two delightful double bedrooms and a shower room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with an open fire and French doors leading outside. Outside, there is a patio with furniture, shared gardens and access to the original, open Mill pond, and off road parking for two cars. Fountains Cottage is a magical retreat for friends and family wishing to explore this glorious area.

Electric AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Additional fuel for fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. External wood store. Patio with furniture. Shared gardens with open pond and access to small woodland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the open pond, please ensure children are supervised.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
